Meet Our Team

Stephanie FloresPhysician Assistant

Stephanie is the physician assistant to Dr. Weber and has worked with the practice since 2020. She assists Dr. Weber in both clinic and surgery. Stephanie has worked in sports medicine for the past 7 years. She is an active preceptor for PA students and is part of the interview panel for USC's PA program. Stephanie received her bachelor's degrees in both Neuroscience and Human Biology from USC where she also played varsity soccer. Following her undergraduate studies, she remained at USC and completed her master's degree to become a physician assistant. Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys working out, drinking red wine, and spending time with her identical twin boys.

Layla BattaProgram Manager

Layla is Dr. Weber’s Program Manager. She received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health and has been working in the medical field for over five years. Layla is incredibly passionate about healthcare and is always seeking ways to improve patient experience and satisfaction. In her role, she manages various aspects of Dr. Weber’s practice, such as clinic operations, referral relations and staff oversight. When she is not at work, you can find her in a pilates class or spending time with family.

Clarissa BarajasSurgery Coordinator

Samantha HuidorScheduling Coordinator

Samantha is Dr. Weber's scheduling coordinator and has been working in the medical field since 2018. Her role on Dr. Weber's team is coordinating patient care within his four clinics at USC. Sam's goal is to treat each patient like family while promoting exceptional patient care. While outside of the office Sam enjoys spending time in nature, whether that's escaping into a good book at the park or going for a hike to recenter herself.
